Elizabeth Davis is a native of Lake County, born in the original Lakeside Hospital. She was raised at a resort on Cache Creek which her parents owned, while she was in Lower Lake High School. She was Student Body President, Girl’s State, Homecoming Queen, and held a number of other leadership positions in her early years.

Before earning her Bachelors Degree in Political Science & Journalism at Sacramento State University, she won Miss Lake County and placed in the top ten at the Miss California Pageant, Her talent was playing accordion while singing in German.

Her career after college was dominated by working for California State Auto Association as a Top Insurance Sales Producer, Sales Promotion Trainer, and later District Office Manager for a combined total of almost twenty years. She returned to Lake County full time in 1992.

Over the past eleven years she has applied her selling skills to the real estate field, initially working with Gary Barber at Prudential Realty, and now at Coldwell Banker Town & Country in downtown Lakeport. She continues to represent buyers & sellers in real estate transactions throughout Lake County, and frequently earns Top Producing Awards in this vocation as well. She believes in the positive further growth of Lake County and specializes in Lake View & Lakefront Properties. Elizabeth and her husband Steve, former CHP Lt. Commander of the Clear Lake Area, Steve Davis and she have been married for ten years. Steve and Elizabeth enjoy traveling and scuba diving. In most recent years they visited China, many locations in Central America, and the islands off Belize, and Central Europe.
