From every corner of the County you have pristine views of gorgeous landscapes, beautiful mountains, valleys, attractive vineyards and wildlife everywhere. Our county’s support of economic development has vastly improved access to our “historic” Clear Lake while enhancing and adding new picturesque parks all along Highway 20. Facade and downtown improvements, along with new traffic calming measures are making the North Shore and Upper Lake even more delightful than ever!

With now over two dozen wonderful wineries, and more on the way, Lake County is a serious stop on the wine tasting circuit! The thriving communities of Lakeport and Kelseyville are both boasting downtown beautification projects that host wonderful events all year. Kelseyville’s annual “Pear Festival” & “Christmas in the County” is now complemented by Lakeport’s “Dicken’s Christmas Market” all with exquisite shopping opportunities.

For a magical afternoon on Clear Lake’s shore, get to Lakeport’s library Park on almost any Friday night for the “Summer” Concerts in the park. On most Saturday nights you can also enjoy the earth-pounding excitement of Auto racing. If gaming is your choice for entertainment, there are three casinos available: Konocti Vista Casino Resort & Marina, Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino and Twin Pines Casino.

If “Pop and Rock” concerts under the stars are your thing, Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa has the incredible amphitheater, & showroom, both are homes to the biggest names in show business.
